Egypt Stage (1 generation)
WAR
This is a special scenario that occurs when 2 monarchs become enemies. This might not happen at all, but if it does, a special scenario begins.
Who May Declare War?
This doesn't happen with just any royalty. Each kingdom has 1 monarch that rules their kingdom including their own family. This is usually a male - king, emperor, or pharaoh. If they have died leaving no male heir, it may be a queen or empress. Only the ruling monarch may declare war and only if they have become enemies with another ruling monarch. As in, you look at the relationship panel and there is the enemy symbol.
If instead of enemies they are at maximum furious, you may choose war or not.
Remember, they can't declare war if it's with another member of the royal family or another member of their kingdom. It must be 2 ruling monarchs.
Some kingdoms are exempt during certain eras. Such as Africa and the Native Americans, for the reason that in the first several eras neither are supposed to have contact with other kingdoms.
When?
The first possibility of war is during the Egyptian Era between Egypt and the Orient if the Orient has been created and the Emperor and Pharaoh are enemies.
The Roman Era gives a few more possibilities.
The Dark Ages gives many more possibilities.
How?
Each kingdom does war a little differently. I will be creating rules on separate pages to go with they possibilities for each era.
