Africa in Egyptian Era (Neanderthals):
Basic: Isolated from the rest of the world, Africa develops differently.
Africa mostly follows Neanderthal rules. These are the changes only. I've used the same numbers to make it easier to look up. Skipped numbers are rules that remain the same. There will be a tribal leader! And one more couple will join the African kingdom.
NO neanderthals move to Egypt or other countries.
1) Create one CAS couple using rule 1 on the Neanderthal page. This nation is now named Africa instead of Neanderthal. They may use all the caveman/neanderthal/simstone/dinosaur cc, and may use tropical (Twikki, castaway, bamboo) as well. They still can't have bookcases/scroll type items.
4A) Tribals may now have a community lot graveyard and may send any graves/urns there that they wish. They are not limited in community lots. (Can have more than 1 clothing store for example.) They do not own the community lots. (OFB) In addition to caveman/neanderthal type lots, feel free to use tropical lots as well.
4B) In addition to the 3 castaway careers and simstone career, male Africans may have the following careers: Athletic, Politics (Tribal Leader only), Slacker, Artist, Natural Scientist, Paranormal, Adventurer, Gamer, Music, and Dance, Medicine. Female Tribals may have these careers Gatherer, Crafter, Slacker, Artist, Natural Scientist, Paranormal, Music and Dance, Medicine. Note that all of the listed careers are now unlocked.
4B1) Castaway and simstone career rewards rules are the same.
Career Reward Objects may use during Egyptian era (and only if earned):
Punching Bag, must be a historical version (cc) purchase if needed, can use one that looks like wood or a sack, not that looks like a soldier
Hydroponic Garden, may not use, but if earned you may plant and harvest pot, or have servants/slaves in your household do so, available at simslice, smokable

4B2) Harvestable plants can be tropical! Please see the castaway harvestable trees on my Where Can I Find? page. This version can be used to stock the fridge with fruit. Other versions either don't allow you to stock fridge or stock like fish. Each household may now have 1 harvestable plant. Previous rule applies for more than 1. (See Neanderthal rules.)
4B3) Everyone may now have 1 huntable animal on their lot, but same rules apply for who is a hunter. Ok to have sim go to 1 day of work as hunter and then get a new job just to make him a hunter. Add new huntable animals per the Neanderthal rule. If you have a winter huntable animal, may replace with an non-winter one after snow melts in spring. Be sure to hunt and collect all the winter animals before deleting as that might cause a problem if you don't.
4C) Witches - Aspiration Rewards in the Egypt Era
No more buyable voodoo dolls, but may be earned in game by going to Twikki Island. All other witch doctor rules apply.
Witch doctors may use the aspiration awards as listed in Neanderthal era and also:
Smart milk (use historical recolor)
Cool Shades (Tribal Leader only, must be castaway recolor)

6) SEASONS Time for the meltdown! Leave current season as winter. Set season after as spring. Set next two seasons as summer. When you reach the first day of summer, set all 4 as summer. Note each kingdom has its own season rules.
12) Tribal Leader
Tribal leader is chosen at the beginning of this era like this. Of the elder men, whoever is most popular by vote of all men age teen or older is Tribal Leader. If there is only one elder man he is leader without a vote. If there is a tie, strongest wins. (Like how the strongest male gets to pick wives first.) He is leader until he dies regardless of changes in popularity. If no elder, adult men, then teen boys, then boy children. If the oldest male is a toddler, pick woman instead same way, only women vote. If that happens from then on women and men are allowed to be Tribal Leaders and women teen and older may vote too.
Tribal Leader is leader until he dies, then a new one is chosen the same way.
Tribal Leader may use Cool Shades aspiration reward if earned and using Castaway recolor. Does not have to be a witch doctor.
Tribal Leader may have political career, but does not have to.
Best part of being Tribal Leader is rule 13.
13) Holy Grail (Castaway cc, see Where Can I Find? page.)
You may have only 1 Holy Grail in your game. Place in 1 of 3 places: Tribal Leader's lot, community lot in Tribal hood, community lot in Twikki Island. If placing in Twikki Island may wait until someone is going on vacation there and then add Twikki Island and place grail. Note that Felicity Island already has the grail. (Felicity Island did not work as a vacation destination for me. I suggest testing this in a blank neighborhood first as second tropical vacation hood doesn't generate natives.)
Once during Tribal Leader's lifetime may drink from the Holy Grail OR allow person of their choice to do so. It makes an elder turn adult. (I'm thinking his wife is a great choice so she can have more kids.)
This may cause it to be unusable after someone drinks it. (I forgot.) If so, when the next Tribal Leader is chosen, replace the grail.
No one else may drink from the grail.
This includes anyone from other nations.
If on community lot no one except Tribal Leader may go there unless they are going with the leader. Of course game will put people there. Allow this, it's ok, the leader is there and no one is going to take it.
14) Vacation
14A) All Tribals may go to Twikki Island, honeymoons and otherwise...if they have the $. If you are NOT playing the optional rule that bigfoot is sent to live with the Tribals, than they may also go to Three Lakes. If they can go to Three Lakes they can bring home bigfoot.
14B) Tribals may go to custom island vacations if you wish. Including Felicity Island. See my note about this in 13 above.
14C) May not greet sims that are npc tourists. (non-native)
14D) May greet, befriend, chat on phone with, invite over, marry vacation natives.
14E) May not greet Egyptians.
14F) May earn voodoo dolls and use them!
Optional: If not a witchdoctor and there is a witchdoctor, must give voodoo doll as gift.
15) Africans may have parrots as pets. (Bird cage)
